Weed control, pest control
and soil health.

Three programs that stack. Most lawns start with weed and feed, add soil work in the fall, and pick up pest control when the bugs show up in April.

A seven-round program timed to Oklahoma soil temperatures. Pre-emergent barriers stop weeds before they start, and season-appropriate feeding builds turf thick enough to crowd out the rest.

Lawn pest treatment for fleas, ticks and ant hills across the whole lawn, mosquito reduction around the house, and grub prevention before the damage shows. Exterior perimeter spray is available as an add-on.

Oklahoma clay compacts hard. Core aeration, fescue overseeding and Soil Conditioning open the ground back up so water, air and fertilizer actually reach the roots.

Add-ons

Priced on their own, added to any program

None of these are bundled in. If a technician spots the problem, they flag it to the office and we quote it; nobody sells at the door.

Add-onWhenWhat it is
Dallisgrass programTwo treatments in fall, two in springA clumping perennial grass weed with a deep root system that does not respond to standard weed control. Clumps yellow over one to two weeks and some regrowth between applications is normal, which is why it takes four.
Soil ConditioningOn fertilizer rounds, no extra visitA liquid that works on the soil, not the grass. Loosens heavy clay so fertilizer goes further and roots go deeper, and carries iron for color without pushing growth. Cumulative; each application builds on the last.
GypsumEnd of the seasonA granular soil amendment that supplies calcium and sulfur and improves clay structure over the winter. Not a fertilizer, no color change, does not change pH.
Spring dead spotFallA fungal disease that attacks Bermuda roots in fall and shows as circular dead patches at green-up. Treated in fall while the fungus is active. Diagnosing it is our agronomist's call.
BagwormSummer, while larvae are activeSmall cone-shaped bags on junipers, arborvitae and cedars. The whole tree is sprayed, up to about 30 feet. Pulling bags off by hand before spring is the best thing you can do for next year.
WebwormSummer, while larvae are activeSilk webs at the ends of branches on pecans, persimmons and fruit trees. Fruit trees in harvest and anything with bee activity near a garden are never sprayed.
Perimeter pest sprayOn requestA treated band on the foundation, three feet up and three feet out, plus the concrete in front of doors and the garage where pests cross. Exterior only.
